Zach lives by the old adage, “A man is only as good as his word.” Raised in a blue-collar family, the importance of integrity was ingrained in Zach at an early age – and integrity guides his work with our clients today. Driven by a desire to serve, Zach was drawn to financial planning early in his career. “It’s personally rewarding to help families achieve financial success. And I believe everyone needs sound financial planning, regardless of their net worth.”

Zach has spent time on the east coast, where he worked as a financial planner in Boston. But once an Oregonian, always an Oregonian. Zach returned to the Evergreen State (but picked the drier side of the Cascades) to join Ascent in 2016. Zach earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Linfield College in McMinnville, OR and completed Boston University’s Financial Planning Program to become a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

Outside of the office, Zach enjoys college football (Go Irish), sporting clays, fishing and spending time with his wife, Brooke and their two daughters, Emilia and Blake.
