Certified Public Accountant

Wesley (call him “Wes”) is one of Ascent’s founding members, starting Ascent Capital Management with Scott Agnew in 2001. A “numbers man”, Wes has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with Price Fronk.

Wes takes a comprehensive approach to financial planning. He takes a hard look at each client’s business, liquid assets, real property and other holdings. His gift lies in understanding clients’ needs beyond the numbers. Wes teaches clients how to use those numbers to better manage their businesses, maximize their assets, and build wealth.
Wes helped shape Ascent’s culture of community service. He’s a dedicated volunteer and supports several Central Oregon organizations and community events.
